In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure via our support team.

To register and use rrp55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rrp55 applies a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on rrp55 that was suspended or terminated for a policy violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an rrp55 employee or contractor involved in game operations, odds-setting, or technical management of the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited to the extent that accessing the Platform constitutes a criminal offence on your part.

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. rrp55 provides the Platform on the basis that you have made this determination independently and confirm your eligibility each time you log in.

To access the full features of rrp55, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following rules apply:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold a maximum of one active Account on rrp55. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — must be accurate and current. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify rrp55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. rrp55 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Contact details: You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and, where applicable, phone number on your Account at all times. rrp55 uses these channels to communicate account-critical information, including KYC requests and security alerts.

rrp55 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may deposit and place wagers prior to completing KYC; however, no withdrawal will be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing your full name and date of birth;
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP with your face clearly visible;
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or OVO account showing your registered name matching your KTP).

rrp55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including enhanced due diligence documents for high-value accounts or accounts that trigger our internal fraud detection systems. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in temporary Account suspension.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

rrp55 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Rp at the time of confirmed receipt.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction (method-specific minimums may apply and will be displayed at the deposit screen).
• Processing time: Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 1–5 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed in real time.
• Deposit source: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the Account held for review.
• Currency: rrp55 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All funds must be transferred in IDR.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your bank transfer proof (bukti transfer). rrp55 will investigate and resolve confirmed missing deposits within 24 hours.

Withdrawal requests on rrp55 are subject to the following terms:

• KYC requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. No exceptions apply.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per request.
• Withdrawal destination: Funds will only be transferred to the bank account or e-wallet registered on your Account and verified under your KYC documents. rrp55 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or flagged for additional review may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the member withdrawal portal. High-value withdrawal requests above published thresholds are subject to enhanced review and may require additional documentation.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are classified as dormant. An administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per month may be applied to dormant account balances. rrp55 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fee.

rrp55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the newer bonus being voided.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire after the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account automatically.
• Bonus abuse: rrp55 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-margin hedging across markets, coordinated multi-account activity, and systematic exploitation of game mechanics. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided.
• Right to modify or withdraw: rrp55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring bonus commitments already accepted by eligible players at the time of modification.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on rrp55, including football (bandar bola — online football wagering), mix parlay (accumulator betting), and all other sports markets:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. rrp55 does not guarantee bet acceptance during periods of high trading volume, and bets placed during system latency may be voided rather than accepted at stale odds.
• Odds changes: Odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement — not at the time of event settlement — determine the payout. If odds change between selection and confirmation, the Platform will display a prompt for your acceptance of the updated odds.
• Match abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned before the completion of the minimum period required for settlement (as defined per sport in our full betting rules documentation), bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Void bets: rrp55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in odds pricing is identified, where the outcome was known at the time of bet placement (late bet), or where the market was listed in error.
• Mix parlay rules: In a mix parlay, all selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided selection(s). A parlay reduced to a single selection is settled as a single bet.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-event payout cap applies across all sports markets. The cap is displayed within the bet slip before placement. rrp55 reserves the right to apply lower payout caps on specific markets or events.

All casino games offered on rrp55 — including live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and virtual sports — are subject to the following rules:

• RNG certification: All non-live games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested for statistical fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run averages and are not a guarantee of outcomes in any individual session.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. Results are final upon dealer or game host announcement and cannot be disputed on the grounds of player preference or strategic disagreement.
• Technical malfunction: In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rrp55 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to generate profit — any such winnings are void and must be returned;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events whose outcome you have prior non-public knowledge of;
• Operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) either personally or in coordination with others;
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other competitive game format;
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or processing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or conduct penetration testing on rrp55 infrastructure without written authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rrp55 staff through any communication channel.

All content on the rrp55 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and game content — is the intellectual property of rrp55 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of rrp55. Unauthorised use of rrp55 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

rrp55 collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that Policy.

Key data-handling principles include:

• Personal data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, and improving your experience on the Platform;

• Losses arising from network failures, power outages, internet service provider disruptions, or other circumstances beyond rrp55's reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy of odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform, which are provided on an "as-is" basis.

rrp55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

rrp55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page;
• Send a notification to your registered email address summarising the key changes;
• Display a prominent in-platform banner for a minimum of 7 days following publication of the amended Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrp55 holds its international operating licence. This choice of law does not prevent you from benefiting from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your place of residence.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, contact rrp55 support and allow up to 14 calendar days for resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. rrp55 will provide a written response within 28 calendar days.
3. Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through the formal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
